B2B Marketing Executive

Location: Flexible (Hanoi preferred)

Team: B2B Global

Report to: International Expansion Director/Head of Marketing and Demand generation

 

The Role:

Your role is to support the Marketing and Demand generation team to optimize campaigns from top of the funnel all the way to sales and revenue. You will be supporting different efforts to support our B2B growth marketing and demand generation in all of our global markets.

 

What you’ll be doing:

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote ELSA to business clients globally, including:

  • Account based marketing: sequence email, drip campaigns
  • Content production and SEO for website
  • Manage social ads and programmatic ads on Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook
  • Coordinating PR booking and B2B influencer booking in different markets worldwide
  • Organizing ELSA events such as webinars and workshops to engage B2B clients
  • Inbound marketing: identify customers’ “pain point”, thereby suggesting solutions and attracting customers to buy our product.
  • Develop lead magnets and other resources
  • Help measure all B2B marketing activities through Hubspot, Google analytics and other marketing channels

 

What do you need:

  • 2 years experience, but new graduates with internship experience and strong independent thinking and work ethic welcome
  • Understanding of multi-channel B2B marketing channels, tactics, and strategies, including SEM, social media marketing, content, email marketing, webinars and organic.
  • A passion for testing new ideas, learning fast, and iterating
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to determine effectiveness and ROI of programs
  • Experience using Hubspot, Google Analytics, data providers
  • Affinity for Edtech products & talking to potential corporate/ education clients
