B2B SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: Hanoi City

Team: Business Development Team

Report to: Customer Success Manager

 


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for an enthusiastic B2B Senior Account Manager to onboard and implement customer success activities with Schools and Corporate customers by integrating our products into their curricula or talent development roadmap and building interactive programs to engage and motivate learners. The B2B Senior Account Manager will also work with academic experts and Marketing team to design materials and solutions for customer retention and expansion.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with customers to onboard and provide best practices for effective implementation towards the customer’s goals and objectives.
    Develop short and long-term engagement goals in collaboration with the team and constantly check in with key contact and operations team of customers to maintain/improve learners’ engagement rate delivery.
  • Assist learners in the use and application of specific curricula and ELSA products that enhance the learner’s learning experience. Handle confidential student information with tact, discretion, and compliance with company regulations.
  • Work with the Product and Engineer teams to manage CRM for customer ticket tracking.
  • Monitors data from academic reporting systems for early alerts to admins and learners, identifying and providing timely interventions for those who are in need. Prepare and implement plans to work with inactive learners.
  • Build basic practice materials for learners based on their learning needs.
  • Work with BD for renewals/manage renewals
  • Conduct exit interviews with ex-clients
  • Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by the manager.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Having +4 years of experience in working with B2B Clients
  • Experience in classroom engagement, training workshops (ESL teaching experience is a plus)
  • Experience in software deployment for businesses.
  • Proven work experience with a track record in Business Development or similar roles
  • Detailed – oriented and Service – Oriented.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and negotiation skills.
  • Native Vietnamese with English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
