Location: 10th Floor, TID Center, 4 P. Lieu Giai, Ba Dinh, Hanoi

Report to: Customer Success Manager


  • Onboarding and Implementation: (25%)
      • Assist in the onboarding of new B2B clients with guidance from senior team members.
      • Ensure accurate setup of client accounts and provide initial support during implementation.
  • Customer Engagement: (25%)
      • Respond to client inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members.
      • Monitor client usage and report insights for further analysis by senior team members.
  • Documentation and Reporting: (20%)
      • Maintain client records and documentation with oversight from senior team members.
      • Support the generation of regular reports on customer usage and satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: (20%)
      • Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.
      • Coordinate meetings, demos, and training sessions under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Operational Efficiency: (10%)
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational improvements.
    • Participate in the development of internal processes related to customer operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, account management, or customer operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with EdTech products and the education industry is a plus.
  • Good English proficiency level
