Global Talent Acquisition Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are searching for an experienced Global Talent Management Specialist who will identify, attract, develop, and retain highly skilled and valuable global employees. This person will involve various activities—recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, succession planning, and more—to ensure our team has the talent it needs to achieve its goals and remain competitive. Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the end to end talent acquisition process for the engineering team and global jobs from sourcing to onboarding to ensure best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…). Maintain positive candidate experiences. Follow up newcomers to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
- Oversee the employee performance management process, which includes setting goals, performing evaluations, providing individual feedback, and coaching them as needed.
- Professionals in a talent management role are responsible for developing and implementing succession planning strategies to ensure a pipeline of qualified internal candidates for critical roles.
- Be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives and support talent acquisition, retention, and development.
Job Requirements
- At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar job, preferably in the EdTech or high tech industries.
- English language proficiency: Near-native proficiency in English is typically required, along with a deep understanding of English pronunciation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and higher managers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of the education sector and familiarity with EdTech products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
