Job Description:

At ELSA, as a Test Engineer (TE), you will use proven testing practices to foster excellence in products and services and continuously improve software development efficiency on mobile, web, and backend platforms.

• Work closely with your Scrum team and stakeholders to understand user problems and contribute to various aspects of the solution to the problem including non-functional requirements
• Participate and contribute to Scrum events.
• Participate and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions.
• Create automated integration and functional tests.
• Develop the test plan, test strategy and execute all test cases, performance tests, and report defects, define the severity and priority for each defect.
• Participate in the production bug troubleshooting process and advise the team on the priority and severity of the bugs.
• Establish release quality criteria and lead a quality tracking effort for the project.
• Ensure that all test-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures.
• Participate in other activities to improve the quality and efficiency of your team.

Requirements:

• Having a growth mindset
• At least 2+ years of experience in automation testing
• Good at English communication
• Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle
• Having experience in automation testing for mobile is a plus
• Experience working with agile software development methodologies is a plus
• Having knowledge of Amplitude, Firebase Remote Configs, Crashlytics etc is a plus
