Terms and Conditions

  • Each school is given a maximum of 100 accounts for their students. The accounts will be valid for 30 days from the time of activation.

  • Within 7 days from the account activation, schools have to commit to a minimum of 70% active learners over the total number of registered accounts.

  • Learners have to practice on the ELSA app for at least 90 minutes per week. It is recommended for learners to practice at least 15 minutes per day and 6 days per week.

What are the fees to join the program?

This is a completely free program of ELSA to support schools and English centers; hence, schools do not have to pay any costs when participating in the program.

What is the maximum number of ELSA Pro accounts that the program will provide?

ELSA provides a maximum of 100 ELSA Pro accounts that can be used in 30 days.

Why do schools have to commit to the learning time and the number of active learners throughout the program?

With the aim to advance students’ speaking skills after 30 days, the minimum amount of learning time to ensure students’ progress is 15 minutes per day, which is 90 minutes per week.

How can schools track their students’ progress?

Each school will be provided with 1 account that can access to ELSA Dashboard tailored to every school. With ELSA Dashboard, schools and English centers can easily check and assess students’ learning processes. At the same time, ELSA will send schools final report on students’ progress directly through email.

How will ELSA support schools during the internal onboarding process?

ELSA Customer Success team will accompany and support schools professionally and in detail from the very beginning of the program, to record the report, evaluate the effectiveness until the end.
