B2B Product Marketing Specialist

Location: Vietnam/Singapore

Report to: Global B2B Marketing Director

You will be responsible for identifying the right target market, defining our product features’ value proposition, and creating collaterals. You must obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our key products, brand, and market trends as you will be working closely with the rest of the teams to ultimately strengthen brand recall and increase sales.

1. WHAT DO YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating high-impact marketing collaterals that articulate the value of our products and support seamless product transitions. A key focus will be on developing strong copywriting that conveys clear, compelling product value propositions and enables effective sales and marketing execution. To accomplish this, you will collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams, including marketing, product business development, customer success, and other related departments. Your copywriting, creativity, attention to detail, project management skills, and data-driven mindset will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for identifying the right target market, defining our product features’ value proposition, and creating collaterals. You must obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our key products, brand, and market trends.
• Develop engaging and informative marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, one-pagers, etc.) to support product pitches and ensure accurate representation of product features and benefits.
• Drive communication strategies to facilitate smooth migrations between products, ensuring customers and stakeholders have a clear understanding of new product offerings and their advantages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, business development, and customer success, to align messaging and support go-to-market efforts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning and highlight product differentiators.
• Partner with the design team to ensure that all marketing materials are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Monitor and report on the performance of product marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts.

What do you need:

• Minimum 3 years experience with a track record in product marketing positions.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on collateral development and copywriting.
• Proven track record of creating impactful marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion.
• Strong understanding of product value propositions and the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, compelling messaging.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management and migration strategies is a plus.
• Ability to converse in English internally.
