We are looking for an enthusiastic Learner Engagement Specialist (Customer Success) to lead engagement activities with Schools and Corporate Clients, designing curriculum and programs to engage and motivate learners.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Become a content maestro: You will map and create content curricula based on ELSA materials for diverse audiences, from IELTS test-takers to cabin crew, sales professionals, customer service professionals, etc
  • Partner with B2B clients: Assist company admins and teachers in establishing, developing, and achieving their learning goals. Be their go-to person for all things about learning with ELSA!
  • Empower learners: Guide learners in using ELSA effectively to maximize their learning experience. Develop engaging strategies to keep them motivated and on track.
  • Drive engagement: Craft short- and long-term engagement plans, implement strategies and analyze data to ensure high engagement rates for both trial and active clients.
  • Reignite learning: Analyze learner performance data, identify those needing support, and implement intervention plans to get them back on track.
  • Confidentiality is key: Handle learner information with discretion and care, adhering to company regulations.
  • Share the knowledge: Conduct monthly/quarterly workshops for teachers/admins and end users, equipping them with ELSA mastery.
  • Showcase success: Capture success stories and build compelling case studies to demonstrate the impact of ELSA.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: Collaborate closely with the Account Manager to develop and implement strategies that achieve client retention goals.
  • Embrace new challenges: Be open to taking on additional tasks assigned by your manager.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • English teacher/trainer with CELTA, TESOL certificate
  • Experience in classroom engagement
  • Degree in Education, Teaching Methodology or related fields preferred. Teaching experience or academic background in Education is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills and implementation planning
  • Ability to create relevant learning content and conduct engaging user training sessions
  • Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client satisfaction
  • Ability to generate new ideas to serve high engagement goals
  • Comfort with digital content creation (online teaching videos)
