WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Assist with challenging partner requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in Key Account, Partnership Management, Business Development in Education
  • Network in education is a plus
  • Team player, good communication and collaboration skills are must. Results Oriented in an ambiguous environment.
  • Familiarity or adaptability with fast-paced startup environment
  • An “A-team” player: highly accountable, hardworking, able to work well both independently and collaboratively to deliver extraordinary results
  • Tech-savvy, strategic-minded, diligent action taker, lifelong learner
  • Passionate about ELSA’s mission
  • Proficiency in English
  • Korean language is a plus
