B2C Sales Team Leader (Thailand Market)

Location: Ho Chi Minh City / Hanoi

Team: B2C Sales

Report to: B2C Sales Manager and Head of B2C GTM, Asia

The role: 

A Team Leader oversees team members and motivates them to complete their job duties effectively to meet business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Training new employees and re-training employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitoring team members’ participation to ensure everyone has proper training and provide any additional training if needed.
  • Providing team members with daily objectives, and development.
  • Develop a strategy that the team members can use to reach a project’s goal better.
  • Assign tasks to team members.
  • Determine the completion timeline and monitor progress to keep the project on track and on schedule.
  • Communicate clear instructions to team members.
  • Helping sales staff negotiate and close deals.
  • Create and distribute reports to update the company on the team’s progress.
  • Implementing reward systems to motivate employee productivity.
  • Communicating with upper management and other departments to determine the best methods for meeting business goals.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Thai language. Be able to converse in English internally.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position, monitor team size: 5-10 team members.
  • Having an associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with effective sales strategies.
  • Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
  • Ability to train others effectively.
  • Product knowledge.
  • Customer service skills, including how to handle upset customers.
  • Handle high pressure at work.
  • Ability to create work materials and workflows.
  • Create and distribute reports.
