The role:

Support in handling issues related to process operations

What you’ll be doing:

• Warehouse management
• Generate shipping codes
• Check order status and process orders
• Follow up on sales channels’ chat
• Follow up on 3PL chat channel
• Verify and update reconciliation
• Cross-check Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Export monthly SMS file
• Send contracts/gift orders.

What do you need:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from Business administration, economic,… or related fields
• Be hardworking, cautious and detail oriented.
• Be able to use Microsoft Offices proficiently, especially Excel skill.
• Having a professional, serious, cooperative, responsible style of work.
• Be able to work full-time or part-time (at least 25 hours per week)
• Working hours: 8:30 – 17:30, from Monday to Friday.
