User Acquisition Specialist

Location: 82 Tran Huy Lieu, Phu Nhuan, HCMC

Department: Performance Marketing

Job Description:

• Develop, execute, and measure user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels
• Analyze data and improve campaign performance towards ROI goals
• Manage creative assets and perform A/B & multivariate testing
• Leverage platform insights to optimize conversion rates and report regularly to the executive team on upcoming tests and changes in ranking such as category and keyword insights
• Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative user acquisition solutions

Requirements

• 2- 3 years experience in performance-based acquisition role
• Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network acquisition
• Understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem
• Experience with attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, etc) and analytics platforms (Tableau, Amplitude, etc)
• Knowledge of common KPIs for UA such as CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, retention, etc.
• A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• A creative flair and a keen eye for detail
