What you’ll be doing:

• Assist with administrative tasks, which currently occupy approximately 20% of the team’s time. These include preparing test data, addressing support inquiries and service ticket issues, and monitoring the status and priority of service ticket requests.
• Conduct preliminary testing and validation to ensure product readiness before release.
• Support the research and evaluation of roadmapping and prioritization tools to enhance transparency and consistency in decision-making processes.
• Other works assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, recent graduate from business, data analysis or related fields
• Having relevant experience through real work or extracurricular activities is preferred.
• Having relevant experience with analysis work.
• Willing-to-learn and Willing-to-do mindset.
• Ability to work independently yet efficiently with use of computer
• Be able to commit at least 32 hours of work per week (onsite).
