Phương pháp làm bài TOEIC Writing đạt điểm cao
Chiến lược làm bài Part 1 – Write a Sentence Based on a Picture

Chiến lược làm bài Part 2 – Respond to a Written Request

Chiến lược làm bài Part 3 – Write an Opinion Essay
- Thân bài 1: Lý do 1 kèm ví dụ/dẫn chứng minh họa.
- Thân bài 2: Lý do 2 kèm ví dụ/dẫn chứng minh họa.

| Some people like taking a long vacation each year. Others enjoy taking several shorter vacations. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your choice. | When it comes to vacations, people have different preferences. Some like to take one long holiday each year, while others enjoy several shorter breaks. Personally, I prefer taking several shorter vacations because they provide more flexibility and help me manage stress better throughout the year. One clear advantage of shorter vacations is that they allow people to recharge more often. Work and daily responsibilities can be stressful, and waiting for one long holiday might feel exhausting. By taking shorter breaks, I can relax more frequently and return to work with renewed energy. For example, last year I took three small trips: one to the beach, one to the mountains, and another to visit relatives. Each trip gave me a chance to refresh my mind and body without having to wait an entire year. Another benefit of shorter vacations is the flexibility they offer. Planning a long holiday usually requires saving money and arranging schedules far in advance, which can be stressful. In contrast, a short trip can often be planned quickly and with less expense. This makes it easier to take advantage of opportunities, such as cheap flight deals or free weekends. Moreover, shorter vacations are often easier to coordinate with friends or family members, which makes the experience more enjoyable. In conclusion, while some people may prefer one long vacation, I find that taking several shorter breaks is more beneficial. It helps me stay energized, reduces stress, and gives me the chance to enjoy different experiences throughout the year. |

| Some people prefer to work for a large company. Others prefer to work for a small company. Which do you prefer? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your choice. | Choosing between a large corporation and a small business is a significant decision for any professional. While small companies offer a cozy atmosphere, I personally prefer working for a large company because of the structured career path and the extensive resources they provide. One major advantage of a large company is the opportunity for professional growth. Big organizations usually have well-defined promotion tracks and offer various training programs. For instance, my cousin works for a multinational tech firm that provides monthly workshops and covers the costs of professional certifications. This environment encourages employees to constantly improve their skills and advance their careers within the same organization. Another reason for my preference is the stability and benefits that large companies offer. Typically, these companies have more financial resources, which translates into better health insurance, retirement plans, and higher job security. During economic downturns, larger firms are often better equipped to support their staff compared to small businesses. For example, during the last global crisis, many of my friends in large companies kept their positions while those in small startups faced immediate layoffs. In conclusion, although small companies may offer more variety in daily tasks, I believe that the professional development and financial stability provided by a large company are more beneficial in the long run. Working in such an environment allows me to focus on my career goals with peace of mind. |

| Do you prefer to work in a team or to work alone? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice. | The question of whether it is better to work in a group or individually is often debated in professional environments. While working alone allows for complete focus and independence, I personally prefer working in a team because it fosters creativity and increases overall productivity. One significant benefit of teamwork is the diversity of ideas. When people from different backgrounds work together, they bring various perspectives to the table. This often leads to more creative solutions that an individual might not have considered. For example, during a marketing project last year, my team brainstormed several unique concepts that eventually doubled our sales. If I had worked on that project by myself, the result would likely have been much more limited. Another reason for my preference is that teamwork allows for a more efficient distribution of tasks. In a group, responsibilities can be assigned based on each member’s strengths. This not only speeds up the process but also ensures higher quality work. For instance, in a team of four, one person can focus on research, another on design, and others on writing and editing. This specialized approach is much more effective than one person trying to handle every single detail alone. In conclusion, although working alone provides more autonomy, I believe that the advantages of collaboration, such as creative brainstorming and task efficiency, are far more valuable. Teamwork not only helps achieve better results but also provides a supportive environment where members can learn from each other. |

| Do you agree or disagree with the following statement: “It is more important to have a job you enjoy than a job that pays a high salary.” Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer. | The debate between choosing a high-paying job or a fulfilling one is a common dilemma for many professionals. While a high salary provides financial freedom, I strongly agree that having a job you enjoy is more important for long-term happiness and success. Firstly, job satisfaction is a key factor in maintaining mental health and preventing burnout. Most people spend at least one-third of their lives at work. If that time is spent doing something they dislike, it can lead to chronic stress and exhaustion. For example, my friend once had a high-paying corporate job but was constantly miserable due to the lack of interest in her tasks. Eventually, she moved to a lower-paying role in a non-profit organization that she loved, and her overall quality of life improved significantly. Secondly, being passionate about your work often leads to better performance and natural career growth. When you enjoy what you do, you are more likely to put in extra effort, be more creative, and stay motivated during challenging times. This enthusiasm is often recognized by employers, leading to promotions and even higher financial rewards in the future. A person who loves their job will likely become an expert in their field, whereas someone working only for money may do just the bare minimum to get by. In conclusion, while a high salary is undoubtedly beneficial, the emotional well-being and professional growth that come from job satisfaction are far more valuable. In the long run, finding joy in your daily work leads to a more meaningful and sustainable career. |

| In your opinion, is it better to be a leader or a follower in a team project? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice. | Every successful project requires both strong leadership and dedicated followers. While both roles are essential, I personally believe that being a leader is more beneficial because it allows for the development of decision-making skills and provides a sense of responsibility for the project’s outcome. One primary reason I prefer being a leader is the opportunity to develop critical soft skills. A leader must coordinate tasks, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members. For instance, during a university group assignment, I took the role of team leader and learned how to manage different personalities and ensure everyone met their deadlines. These leadership experiences are highly valued in the professional world and prepare individuals for higher management positions in the future. Another advantage of leadership is the ability to shape the vision and direction of a project. As a leader, you have the authority to implement creative ideas and ensure that the final result aligns with the team’s goals. This responsibility often leads to a higher level of commitment and pride in the work. For example, when leading a volunteer project, I was able to introduce a new fundraising strategy that increased our donations by 30%. Seeing the direct impact of my decisions was incredibly rewarding. In conclusion, although being a follower is a great way to gain experience and support a cause, I find that the role of a leader is more fulfilling. Leadership not only fosters personal and professional growth but also empowers individuals to make a significant difference in the success of a team. |
